Christmas Crafts

If you’re looking for unique gifts for your little ones holiday craft fairs are a great alternative to the mall. Edmonton has a wealth of these events, featuring one-of-a-kind handmade items suitable for the whole family!

MAKE IT!- Edmonton

When: November 17-20, Thurs 4pm-9pm, Fri 11am-8pm, Sat 11am-6pm, Sun 11am-5pm
What: Shop for one-of-a-kind handmade items from over 100 of Canada’s hottest urban artisans, designers & crafters! Make It fuses indie shopping with awesome live music to create a dynamic, upbeat experience! There will be something for everyone from fashion, accessories, art, jewelry, baby items , home decor and stuff for the guys!

Just Christmas Craft Market
   

When: Nov 18-19, Fri 5:30-9pm, Sat 9:30am-4pm
What: An Alternative Global Market Place for quality arts, handmade crafts and other goods that are primarily obtained through fair compensation to the artists. Free parking, live music, and food from a variety of countries.

Pioneer Meadows Golf Club Christmas Arts and Crafts Sale

When: November 18-20, Fri 4pm-8pm, Sat 10am-5pm, Sun 11am-4pm
What: Over 35 vendors selling everything from baked goods, stained glass, christmas decorations, pet treats, bath products, hand knit items, honey, health foods, ceramics, wood ornaments, soaps, scrap booking,cards, candles, jewelry and so much more we can't mention everything here.

Dovercourt Christmas Craft Sale and Trade Show

When: November 19, 10am-5pm
What: Various vendors and crafters will be selling products for this Christmas Sale, including home-made baking, jams, mustards, rubs, ceramics, kids clothes, bunting bags, Christmas ornaments, teas and spices.

What: The Handmade Mafia is Edmonton’s only monthly community handmade market. This Mafia family features a rotation of unique, local artisans rather than criminals, and our guns are only of the glue variety.

Sherbrooke Pre-Christmas Community Craft and Trade Show

When: November 19-20, 11am-3pm
What: Many handcrafted gift items available, baking and preserves, and connect with vibrant people who offer exciting alternatives in shopping choices.
Where: Sherbrooke Community Hall, 13008-122 Ave, Edmonton
Admission: Free


St. Albert Country Craft Fair

When: November 19-20, Sat 10am-5pm, Sun 11am-4pm
What: St. Albert's largest juried christmas craft sale. 20th anniversary and fundraiser for the visual arts council. This juried craft show is the annual fundraiser for St. Albert Place Visual Arts Council. There are over 90 craftspeople and artisans involved in the show that supports the St. Albert Potters Guild, Painters' Guild, Quilters' Guild, the Paper Arts Guild and the Floral Arts Society, which are housed in the building.

St Matthew Lutheran School 7th Annual Craft and Bake Sale

When: Nov 19-20, 10am-4pm
What: Come join in the fun at our HUGE craft sale on Nov 19th, 2011. There is a Bake Sale. Concession and an Activity Table for the kids to enjoy while doing your Christmas shopping.

Royal Glenora Club Christmas Gift Sale

When: November 20, 10am-3pm
What: This annual event is a fundraiser for the RGC playroom and features many shops and artists from around Edmonton. Lots of tasty baked goods will also be for sale.

November 25 - 27, 2011

Crafters Christmas Sale

When: Nov 25-27, Fri 1pm-5pm, Sat 10am-4pm, Sun 1pm-4pm
What: This is the place to go for beautiful handmade wreaths, swags, table centerpieces, ornaments, and unique handmade gift items. Proceeds support projects and programs at the Devonian Botanic Garden. The Crafters Workshop will also be open for sales during Luminaria, December 10-11, 5-9 pm.

Butterdome Christmas Craft Fair

When: December 8-11, Thurs and Fri 10am-10pm, Sat 10am-6pm, Sun 10am-5pm
What: After 20 great years, the Butterdome Craft Sale is a holiday shopping tradition in Edmonton. Each year, thousands of happy customers come to the show because they will find the unique gifts that will be cherished for years by those who receive them. They come to meet the more than 240 Canadian artisans who have created their products with love and care. And they come with family and friends because of the special shopping experience which creates their own wonderful tradition.

"Chelsea's Christmas Extravaganza" - Saturday December 10th (9am to 4pm) located at 100 - 365 Carleton Drive (Campbell Business Park), St. Albert. Finish some last-minute holiday shopping while supporting a great cause. A silent auction, crafts, freshly baked goods and home-based businesses are all part of the fun! Proceeds from the silent auction and table rental will support the "Autism Society" and "Transitions".
